Los participantes aprenderán secuencias sencillas y eficaces orientadas a liberar tensiones acumuladas en cuello, hombros, espalda, caderas y extremidades, favoreciendo una mejor circulación sanguínea y una mayor oxigenación muscular. Además, se trabajarán ejercicios de activación corporal que ayudan a recuperar la energía, mejorar la postura y reducir la sensación de cansancio físico y mental.
Estas pausas activas integradas en la jornada laboral contribuyen a mejorar la concentración, aumentar el bienestar general y prevenir molestias derivadas de la inactividad prolongada.
